Hydraulic stations are well known. When the temperature of the storage oil and pumping oil is too high, the temperature of the natural oil will increase rapidly. When the temperature of the hydraulic station is too high, the stability of the oil will change. The distance between the oil molecule and the molecule will increase continuously, so the volume of the oil will be larger. When the temperature of the hydraulic station is too high, the temperature of the natural oil will also increase rapidly. The performance will simply change with the change of external pressure, so that the hydraulic oil can no longer provide strong pressure for the equipment, then the equipment will completely lose pressure.
The second part is the filter plate of the press. Because the filter plate is made of polypropylene, that is to say, the filter plate of the diaphragm filter press is plastic. When this kind of filter plate does not prevent superheat treatment, its temperature will increase, greatly increasing the differentiation and oxidation of filter plate, shortening the replacement cycle of filter plate. The softening of the filter plate will also be formed, which increases the probability of fracture of the filter plate.
The way to prevent overheating of hydraulic station is to place it in a cool and ventilated place and direct sunshine, and pay attention to the change of equipment temperature at any time, so as to prevent the equipment from overloading. As for the treatment of the filter plate, it can adhere to the lower temperature of the filter plate by sprinkling water under the condition that the sun can not be satisfactorily covered. When all the above methods are selected, the work of the equipment can only be suspended.
