Installation And Debugging Methods Of Filter Press

As we all know, as a large mechanical equipment, filter press can not be put into use immediately after purchase, but must be installed and debugged. Therefore, for some enterprises that have not used the filter press, installation and debugging is also a noteworthy problem. Next, we will introduce the correct installation and debugging method of filter press.

 

The filter press shall be installed on a flat concrete foundation. Before positioning, the erector needs to correct the perpendicularity of the large plane between the crossbeam and the thrust plate. When unloading, it is easy to operate and the pedestrian passage should be unobstructed. The frame of the filter press must be kept level, diagonal correction, the thrust plate fixed with foot screw, the end of the frame is not fixed and the surface of the foundation is smooth, so as to ensure free displacement under stress. Tighten the connecting screw on the frame, place the filter plate as required, and arrange the feeding, washing and drainage pipelines. It is equipped with a filter pressure display meter and a recirculation channel to control the filter pressure. For the filter cloth of the filter press, it must be kept flat, not folded, or there will be leakage phenomenon; the use of cloth clamp bolts must be tightened evenly, so that the filter cloth close to the inlet and outlet, otherwise the filter slurry will enter between the filter cloth and the filter plate, affecting the normal use of the filter press.

 

There should be enough operation and maintenance space around the filter press. The hydraulic pressure filter press should choose the appropriate position to place the hydraulic station to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic station. Clean up the hydraulic station, connect the hydraulic station with the high-low interface of the cylinder with the tubing, fill the tank with hydraulic oil, connect the power supply and the motor valve line to the control cabinet correctly, and grounding the ground wire correctly. In the process of installation, the frame and filter board should be hoisted with soft materials to avoid wear and tear on the parts.

 

The filter press will enter the debugging stage immediately after the installation is completed. Debugging is a crucial link in the use of the filter press. The quality of debugging directly affects the use and life of filter press. Before debugging the filter press, it is necessary to check whether the cylinder pressure, feed pressure and press pressure are within the set range; the operation status of the filter press, whether the filter cloth and filter plate are in good condition, the filter cloth is not folded; whether the screw of each component is loose; whether the wiring is correct and so on. Hydraulic station, electric control cabinet wipe clean, check the cabinet wiring and electrical wiring is correct. Then fill the tank with hydraulic oil. The rack, filter board, diaphragm board and piston rod are wiped clean. Check whether the filter plate and arrangement are neat and correct. Check whether the diaphragm plate and matching plate filter cloth are installed correctly and whether the filter cloth folds. Whether the feeding, pressing and blowing pipes and valves are correct or not.

 

Hydraulic system debugging: Start the motor and observe whether the steering is consistent with the marking steering of variable piston pump. When the filter press is not fed, the upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge on the cylinder is adjusted to 5 Mpa and the lower limit is adjusted to 2 Mpa for pressurization. The vent valve at the high pressure chamber is opened for exhaust and closed when the hydraulic oil is out. After pressing, the valve of the low pressure chamber is opened to exhaust, and then several times are repeated until the hydraulic oil is out and closed to reach the limit, until the piston rod runs smoothly and there is no crawling state.

 

Then discharge the filter plate, the displacement of the filter plate can not exceed 5 mm, otherwise, because the sealing surface of the filter plate decreases, the damage and leakage of the filter plate will occur. Next, the upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge on the cylinder is adjusted to 12 Mpa, and the lower limit is adjusted to 9 Mpa for compression. The stress is checked and the abnormalities are found on both sides of the main girder. If there is no abnormality, then the upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge on the cylinder is set to 14 Mpa, and the lower limit is set to 11 Mpa for compression. See if there is any abnormality, finally, the upper limit of the electric contact pressure gauge is set to 20 Mpa, and the lower limit is set to 16 Mpa for compression.
