I. Introduction
The wine production process consumes a lot of water, especially in the brewing and canning process. Due to the large amount of fresh water used, a large amount of wastewater is generated accordingly.
The waste water discharge projects of the winery are mainly COD, BOD5 and SS. The brewing wastewater mainly comes from two aspects, one is a large amount of cooling water, and the other is a large amount of washing water and washing water. Mainly include: washing wheat water in wheat production process, soaking wheat water, germination cooling spray water, wheat trough water, washing water, coagulating washing water; saccharification of saccharification process, filtering washing water; fermentation washing water in fermentation process, washing and washing Water; canning process bottle washing, sterilization, broken bottle beer and cooling water and finished workshop washing water. It can be seen that the characteristics of the winemaking wastewater are large in water, non-toxic and harmful, and belong to high-concentration organic wastewater.

The sludge discharged from the UASB/IC reactor and the secondary settling tank generally enters the concentration tank. The concentrated sludge is lifted by a mud pump to a pipe mixer, mixed with a polymer flocculant and a coagulant, and flows into a filter press to be dehydrated. The dried sludge after dewatering is sent to a dumping site by a belt conveyor, and is regularly transported. Walk for farming and fertilizer. The UASB/IC sludge has good stability and is easy to dewater, while the aerobic sludge is treated differently. The concentrate supernatant is returned to the conditioning tank for further processing.
