Auto full Stainless Steel Filter Press

1.Introduction

The stainless steel filter press suspension is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter press. Under the action of the working pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter material, and is discharged through the liquid outlet, and the filter residue is left in the frame. The filter cake is used to achieve solid-liquid separation.

II.Stainless steel diaphragm filter press features

1. Stainless steel diaphragm filter press is made of SUS304 or SUS316 high-quality stainless steel material, anti-corrosion, durable, filter plate adopts thread-like structure, can change different dimensions according to different products of users, the sealing ring is made of silica gel and fluororubber (acid and alkali resistant), no leakage and good sealing performance.

2. The plate and frame filter is equipped with microporous membrane to solve the problem of filtering activated carbon and fine particles in chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. It guarantees 100% non-flowing carbon, large flow and convenient disassembly.

3. Simultaneous production of a multi-purpose plate and frame filter (secondary filtration), once into the liquid, to achieve semi-fine filtration of the primary liquid, fine filtration (there may also be a variety of pore size filter materials to solve the advantages of different requirements).

4. Before use, filter the filter with water for injection. Soak the filter material with distilled water and stick it on the stencil. Then press the pre-plate. Fill up the liquid in the pump before starting, then start and discharge the air. Close the inlet gate and then shut down to prevent sudden shutdown of the liquid to the flow filter.

5. The pump and input parts of the machine are connected by quick installation, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
