1.Executive standard

2.Characteristic

Available in several frame sizes from 400 m2 to 1000m2，made of heavy duty carbon steel plate and sheet, sandblasted and finished for maximum service life.

In order to optimize application performance the Longyuan filter press is available in 3 standard operating pressures of 10 bar and 16 bar and 20 bar and cake holding capacities from 7.95 m3 to 20 m3–Self compensating electric/hydraulic closure system is standard to minimize labor requirements.

All process connections come pre-piped for plug-and-play installation (dependent on size, options selected and shipping restrictions).

All filter plate wetted parts are polypropylene with PVC, carbon steel or stainless steel piping manifold for maximum corrosion resistance.

3.Maintenance

During use of the filter press, some movable components (such as chain, bearing, piston rod) need to be lubricated, so as to insure the correctness and reliability of signal feedback devices of the automatic control system (eg.pressure relay, electrical contact pressure gauge, overtravel-limit switch). Thus the filter press can work normally. So in order to reach those targets, please follow the below points: 

(1)Make running record during daily use, take down the running condition and problems of the equipment in record data, and repair the malfunction in time.

(2)Keep each connecting components clean and lubricate them timely to guarantee its lubricating performance. Scrub the piston rod frequently.

(3)Carry out insulation test and action reliability test for the electric control system, repair or replace those un-flexible components in time.

(4)Inspect the sealing surface of the filter plate regularly to make sure it is neat and clean. Inspect whether the filter cloth is folded and make sure it is sound and smooth.

(5)When maintaining the hydraulic system, please pay attention to the inspection and maintenance for oil level of the oil tank, hydraulic units, sealing of the each connecting surface and make sure the hydraulic oil is clean.

(6)If the filter press is during a standstill periods, we recommend to clean up the filter plates, dry the filter cloth after cleaning .The bare parts of the piston rod and integrated parts should be coated with butter.
