I. Introduction
X1250 Series, high pressure with drip tray and cloth washing system and belt conveyor, full automatic control system filter press.
The automatic filter cloth washing device is a device for cleaning the filter cloth installed above the filter plate of the filter press. The device is composed of a moving cleaning frame and a swinging cleaning rod and a high pressure cleaning pump. The cleaning filter cloth is carried out after the discharge is completed. After cleaning, or after several working cycles, the high pressure water is sprayed through the cleaning nozzle for cleaning.
The filter cloth cleaning mechanism designed by Zhejiang Longyuan filter press has novel structure and good cleaning effect. It is cleaned above the filter plate. The cleaning high pressure mist connected by the length of the pendulum rod is composed of nozzles. The action characteristics are accurate positioning and stable operation. The swinging speed is even, the cleaning surface is large, and both sides can be cleaned at one time. It is fully enclosed and does not need to be on duty.
